Great staff.
Definitely get a club room - higher floor and the club lounge, well worth it.

Solaire Resort Quezon City (Vertis North) – Honest Review
⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Polished, clean property with attentive staff, but clearly built first for casino‑going adults—not families or teens. Strict age limits apply: gym only 16+, wellness/spa strictly 18+. Most restaurants are accessed through the casino floor so under‑21s cannot enter them. Dining is advertised until 2 AM but options become very limited late at night. Rooms have no smart TV—only standard local and international...

This was our last stop before flying back to the UK. Hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff, our room was perfect. The breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in. The casino was huge, being from the UK it is very odd being in a room where people smoke, which as a non-smoker I personally didn't like, notwithstanding I understand different cultures have different rules.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand West. The hotel and its amenities are of a high standard. The room and communal areas were clean and deserve a 5-star rating!
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We will definitely come back and stay longer on our next visit.
