"Roachs and bed bugs. The working staff that did most of the work was very helpful and tried to do the best they could. But the management are penny pinchers. Meaning you had to pretty much fight with them to get what you were supposed to get free. All in all pretty good bang for the buck. "

"The room was ok, no hot water for the shower, it was reasonably clean, no bugs to be seen in the room. No towels changed during the time I was there, they did give me towels n bedsheets when I asked for them. Not a bad location, right across from South Mall. Had to give my id to get a key, which you had to ask for, not given when you check in. "

Unfortunately, the initial experience on 7 April fell well below expectations. There were multiple service issues, including a room temperature problem, delays in resolving a room move, and a situation where I was directed into a stairwell with no re-entry, which resulted in me exiting onto the street late at night. "The only problem I had with this hotel was the smell. It’s very strong but honestly not a dealbreaker for the deal. There were flies in my first room but they had to move me because they were doing construction at 8pm and I had an early flight. After the move it was great but that smell was everywhere. It’s like old water? Idk how to describe it. My sense of smell is insane so it’s probably not that noticeable to normal people. Regardless I would go back. In a heart beat."

I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. "Staff are awsome, great from pick up at airport to drop off. Included breakfast was good and enjoyed it. Some noise from the planes but was manageable and had decent. Good value for the money and again staff are great. "

"Breakfast not a lot of choices and was expecting local dishes like longganiza, tapa and dried fish Elevators and hallways is not air conditioned so it’s very warm to hot The signs in the parking lot is not clear and confusing. There should be a sign that stated what level number and the arrows are opposite than what you’re suppose to go"

"Great staff and location. Property is clean and has great amenities. There’s a free airport shuttle to/from the hotel. It is near several hotels, and in close proximity with the Mall of Asia. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in Manila."
