"Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."

"Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. "This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA."

"Have stayed here once before arriving late evening into Manila. Conveniently located near the airport. Usually crowded though check-in quick and efficient."

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"Very quick check-in . All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them...
