The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."

"This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA."

"For the price of breakfast per person, i think I could get better food from outside. The outlets in the rooms were not working that we have to call the front desk. The smell of the room it wasn’t pleasant as soon as you walk in. As we checked in I asked front desk to give me a room with a good view he gave me a view of a building like a wall of a building across😬. The only good thing about is its nearby the T3 airport."

"June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience."
