"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

"There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark "

"Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

"Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone "

"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask...

"Room was very clean, and staff were very sweet and attentive. The rooms come with a complementary breakfast buffet. My only issue is the room I stayed in didn’t have any outlets anywhere near the bed or nightstand for phone charging "
