"We chose this hotel as we wanted somewhere local or within the same vicinity as we were visiting some relatives in the area. We liked the location as it was only few mins from SM, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s etc. They had towels, dental kit, nice AC, mini toiletries. The only thing is they don’t accept cards and they don’t have much change so you need to make sure you have some spare change or smaller currency with you. "Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. "Every time I travel, I would book this hotel. Clean, safe and close to lots of restaurants. Staffs are friendly and really good breakfast selection."

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future"

"My new favorite stay in Manila. Great room at a great price with staff that helped me withing minutes if i ever needed anything. The location is also perfect on the most entertaining street in chinatown. Nearby food is great, watsons for any needs, and 7/11 open 24/7 for emergency snacks. Special shout out to Jayvee for helping us with our room and carrying our heavy baggage. Front desk during my stay was very helpful as well, answering all my questions and telling me where I could find nearby...

"A well maintained hotel with helpful staff"

"The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working."
