My stay there was quite eventful. The staffing went above and beyond what is expected, the whole time i was there. I lost my phone in a grab car and the staff jump right in and took control to try to get my phone back, the ladies at the front desk and office staff when totally out of there way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Heck even one of the staff actually showed me around the area and the sights. Thank you Hestor for going out of your way to show me around.

No parking, parking at front was unsafe, hotel building entrance is not clean and scary at night, but the hotel inside of the hotel is very clean, rooms are very clean, staffs are very friendly and accomodating, and helpful. Room linens are clean, shower is roomy and clean. Don't judge a book by its cover. Free food is good and delivered on time.

Good: Very helpful staff. Bad: I have this feeling that I was given a downgrade because I booked online. Booked a de luxe room but it looks like their junior suite. It wasn't noise proof. I can hear people singing and shouting outside my room at night.

Dilapidated hotel in the slum. We were warned of pickpockets and a guard had to escort us to the hotel lobby. Used shampoo and bugs. Awful breakfast food. A horror show.

This is a great place to stay when you are in Quiapo. The rooms are larger than the other hotels close by and for about the same price. I stayed here before the pandemic too. As Quezon Blvd is quite noisy, the outside noise is not noticeable in the rooms. You will not be disappointed staying here !!

I have stayed here before and the service is the same or better than before the pandemic. The only negative is there is no breakfast available like there was before the pandemic. But there are plenty of food places outside nearby.

The rooms over all were nice/luxurious. A small bundle of hair left in the shower was missed by the cleaning staff. My fiance tried to get a second room key while I was sleeping but was refused...one key per room policy.

Recepção no terceiro andar. Só tem um elevador. Entrada bastante desnivelada. Situado na velha Manila, mais tradicional e perto de alguns mercados locais. Zona com muito trânsito. O meu quarto não tinha janelas. Muito espaçoso, confortável e sem barulho. Quartos com janela ficam sujeitos ao barulho intenso de uma cidade asiática com toda a gente a apitar constantemente. Pequeno almoço levado ao quarto. Muito fraco. Staff muito simpático.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. The room was clean and the size and layout of the room allowed us to move freely without feeling cramped. I would definitely stay here again....this hotel gives more of the basic comforts and for less costs than more expensive places I stayed.

J'ai eu le malheur de choisir une chambre avec fenêtre et même en étant au 6ème étage, on entendait les bruits de la rue. Quant à la climatisation, elle était vieille et bruyante. En dehors de ce problème de bruit, je dirais que le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Sinon, ça allait.

サンスターグランド ホテルに滞在して

キアポ教会、伊勢丹が歩いて直ぐ近くにあり。又ホテル 裏側の商店通りは活気があり、マンゴー大4個100ペソで購入、ホテルの冷蔵庫で冷やし食べた。肉厚で甘く最高の味だった。ホテルの前にはジプニーが多くマビニ、バクラランの移動は楽。 ホテルは新しく、受付、エレベータ、部屋と利便性があり。今回の料金なら、再度利用するつもり。
