"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask...

"We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again. "

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "
