WHAT IS HOTELIER?
We have been stayed here on May 2014. It was very delightful service, Last 2 weeks when we came back to stay there, that was rude attitude from Front Office! 1st They didn't notice that we are returning guest. 2nd, they asking for early check in fee. We already explain that before we can do early check in, and they are very welcome with us because we always arrive 5 a.m. from Bali. Now, what happen? The rooms are ready & the occupancy not so high. The duty manager (Benedict), he was really really rude with us. He said, that " we are doing business Sir!" Of course we are doing business!!, Me and My Boss also hotelier, there is a SOP for early check in, but of course we have to flexible case by case. Are you really will let your guest suffer waiting in the lobby unti 2 pm? So we refuse to pay, we waiting at the lobby. After 10 minutes, female GSA came, she gave us the key, and she asked money deposit. . We gave 500 USD for two rooms. But during check out time, They gave me the bills need to be sign. I never consume anyting there. When i Ask, the Front Office said the it is Early Check In Fee. Why the FO staff very Tricky?! They said we agree to gave the deposit money for early check in, that time the female GSA never explain that the deposit for early check in. She just explain for the room and minibar. What happen with this hotel?! Why they gave us problems during Check In & Check Out? Are they understood what is hotelier means? i really DISAPPOINTED!
