We had such a great experience at the Fairmont. Loved our top floor room, wonderful amenities, clean, professional and friendly staff. The soa was amazing as well as the buffet breakfast. Would consider this hotel next time we visit Manila.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the Club Floor and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, but always professional and attentive. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very easy to get around. We also appreciated the little details, including the efforts to reduce unnecessary plastic. A wonderful stay overall, and definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to.

Great hotel, Amazing breakfast buffet! Amazing hospitality. Great location, totally safe in the surrounding blocks. The only downside was that the smoking area outside was an afterthought, nowhere to sit down, etc. But everything else was top-notch, which is why I kept it at 5 stars.

This is my new favorite hotel in Makati City. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Manila. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, from the doormen, to reception, to housekeeping. The property itself is clean and well maintained. The lobby and common areas smell really good. The hotel is centrally located and very walkable. Restaurants, malls, grocery stores, entertainment are all a few short minutes walk away. Glorietta, Greenbelt Mall, Landmark are all within walking distance. Five star accommodation and five star service!

Staff was extremely helpful and everyone including the cleaning staff would great the guests they came across. The gym was well equipped. Hotel is clean but for some reason along the rooms walkway, there was an old musky smell. Other than this, overall experience was great.

Could not have been happier, staff was accommodating, friendly and kind, helping in anyway they could. Breakfast was fantastic with a very large selection of food from all over the world. Great location, had transportation arranged to pick us up from the airport and their drivers were excellent, engaging, and overall a joy to talk with after a 17 hour flight!

For a 5-star hotel, the hotel itself was disappointing. We first stayed two days, went on a trip, and stayed another 5 days. The hallways were extremely musty/moldy in smell. It got to be so bad that by the time we reached our room, we could barely breathe. Our room was even worse that we asked for a scent diffuser. Our bathroom, for some reason, had a very strong purid urine smell. The sheets and pillows felt damp when we laid down. It was kinda gross actually. We noticed that they had placed diffusers throughout the hallway, and they had closed off the some of the hallway for maintenance. On the other hand, we find the staff to be super friendly, and will go above and beyond. They are always smilling and saying hello. If they can resolve the must/damp issues, we will be back.
