Great service from Roland and Marjim, the security doormen at the property. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The receptionist who is currently in training (working the 20:00–05:00 shift) was also extremely helpful. I asked her for recommendations on chocolate gifts to bring back to my colleagues in London, and she went out of her way to write me a list along with her personal suggestions. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and I truly appreciate it.

I only booked this property because of a super deal that popped up on Expedia. It was so good that next time we stay in the area we'll book here without even looking at other hotels. Overall, it was great. Everything worked as it should in the room. The room was clean and adequate for travelers just staying a night or two. Parking was easy. Being well located in Timog, there were a ton of nearby restaurant choices. Highly recommended for the overnight traveller.

I had a great stay at this hotel with 24/7 security manning the premises and above all, helpful front desk staff who are happy and helpful assisting you with all your needs. The room is generally clean and comfortable. Additionally, the double room I stayed in had a fan which was a great option since I feel sick sleeping with the aircon on. The towels and the sheets may need an upgrade but are still okayish. In terms of value to price ratio, this is an excellent hotel especially for longer stays. If you need a simple and straightforward place to sleep in, this is an excellent hotel since it's close to my mother's place.

Very customer friendly. No deposit, no argue about late checkout, room service is helpful. The room is clean but small, bed and bathroom are comfortable. The surroundings is fine, you can reach some bars, restaurants and small shops by feet. No public transport or tricycles in this area, so prepare for taking taxi and grab Always.

simple, clean, efficient, friendly

There was some construction noise, mostly during day, but it was sustainable. The design of the hotel is good. Friendly staff. Good location for public transportation and services The room has a fan, which often makes air conditioning not necessary. The drain plug was broken but everything else was working well. Safe working with code. No storage, enough for me, having only backpack.
