Hotel murah di Laguna Niguel

"I loved the room and found it to be clean. My problem was with the shower. I let the front desk know that when I pulled up on the faucet lever for the water to go into the shower head, it would only get less than half of the water that was coming out of the faucet up into the shower, the rest of the strong water flow kept coming out of the faucet and also it didn’t drain so I was standing in three inches of water the whole shower. They said they’d fix it and even texted while I was out for...

" It was a good value and the property offers a lot of activities for families. We only stayed 1 night and we took advantage of a lot of the extra activities that were offered. The pool and the jacuzzis were the most used feature. We had the rec room all to ourselves for a couple of hours, just people passing through. We also played 2 rounds of mini golf. "

"The staff was very nice, the pillows became uncomfortable after a bit, the feathers compounded so they were like a rock. Otherwise everything else was nice. Street noise a little loud too."

"Great room. My only complaint was that it smelled a little musty - like old dust. You could only open the window slightly so we couldn’t let fresh air in."

"We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was a converted office building and it faced the Main Street. We were told the traffic dies down at night but it never really did. Needless to say the traffic noise was too much and had a horrible night sleep. I would not stay here again. "

"This hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean. It had a complimentary breakfast each morning, but I had a chance to eat there. The staff was very friendly."

"The room is very worn out, from the carpet to the bathroom. The Hispanic guy working at the front desk over the weekend, was very rude. Not coming back. "

"The garden smelled so good and we loved the plants and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The downside is the bedding was a sheet and thin blanket and another sheet. There was no comforter. We were freezing!!! The heater works well but sucks oxygen out of the air would have been nice to have a normal blanket. Never had this situation at a hotel before. The other thing was the breakfast offered was mostly cerial, bread, fruit, there was bacon but it wasn’t like anything I seen before paper...

"Good hotel, but I will say that depending on who was at the front desk, the service or urgency of requests did lack. Not something that I blame them for, mainly because it was the weekend and was busy. The gentleman who works nights was awesome though - had a great convo with him around real estate and he was always engaged with visitors. Room was pretty small, but definitely in great shape and a modern look. For the price though, I may look somewhere else but fortunately I was able to take...
