From the minute I walked in the lobby, there was this strong odor. It was in the whole hotel, including my room. It may have been some chemical they cleaned with, or the place may have been recently sprayed. My thought was: is this toxic? Otherwise, my room was clean.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites N Waco Area - West by IHG
Room was clean, breakfast was good. However, we arrived 1 hr early and asked if we could get into our room and the clerk said “yes, for $45 we’ll let you in early”. Not great customer service!
