"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"This hotel is really excellent. There is a major drawback though. The night clubs are down the beach and whilst there is notice that there will be noise from 9.30-2.30am it is actually until 4am. It is incredibly loud and whilst the bamboo rooms are great to stay in there is no sound proofing so if you are looking for a relaxing stay this is great during the day, but at night it is a real challenge."

"Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau. Il y avait aussi une colonie de fourmis juste en dessous de la clim. Les toilettes sont de taille...

"Super hotel! Heel centraal. 2 min lopen vanaf de boot. Personeel heel aardig en hotel in goede staat. Alleen totaal geen mooi uitzicht. Super leuk om in het straatje erachter te ontbijten. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel!!"

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"The rooms are spacious but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment it’s in an ideal location from The pier but the pool area lift and dining areas, reception and rooms are tired I would not stay here again "

"For a luxury accomumodation I would expect more. The overall location of the property is beautiful however the staff could have been more helpful especially the reception as they are long to answer and accommodate your needs"

"We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. Everything was amazing. Great central but very quiet location. Clean rooms and swimming pool. Breakfast restaurant with an amazing view. Lots of cats around. I would love to give the amazing staff more than 5 stars. They were so lovely and helpful ❤️"

"Outdoor pool was very nice but need some improvements and I hate places that charge you more for shade or better seat close to the pool."

"Great staff! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and they fixed it for me free of charge!!! Very professional staff. The batteries died in our door lock and they promptly replaced them after they checked in the guests waiting in line. Our bum gun also didn't work. They also fixed that right away. Very attentive. The rooms themselves are a little old and moldy though. The staff more than makes up for it. "

"Pire hôtel jamais fais pourtant j’ai l’habitude des hôtels.. punaise de lit problème avec la Clim avec l’électricité et avec l’eau. Le personnel qui prend de haut, honnêtement fuyez cette établissement. Beau cadre mais un cadre qui ne vaut pas le service inclus même si on me paye je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette établissement. Fuyez il n’y a qu’à regarder les avis…"
