"This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean eco-lodge just outside Mindo. The tropical grounds are vast and exquisitely manicured, while the rooms are large and inviting after a day of fun activities. It’s quite private. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon of recovery from a busy trip, reading and napping on the great balcony. "I absolutely loved my night here. My only regret was that I only had 1 night! For sure I would return. Its just outside the city center which is fabulous if you value peace and quiet as I do. I loved the property that included a path to the river, hammocks, a lovely outdoor breakfast area, and a pool that had changing stalls and bathrooms. "The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again."

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"I don't want to over sell this place because the rooms were rustic ( no shower head but good hot water) The staff was great and friendly, the food was good, the views and hike on the property was fantastic. But it is a rustic place so it is not perfect. For the price it was good and I am glad we stayed here, just don't get your expectations too high for luxury rooms."
