"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't use any facilities so no comment on facilities. The only negative thing was that Elevator didn't stop at my floor even after pressing the call button multiple times. I could see that it was going up and down but kept on skipping my floor. "We did love our stay in this hotel. I would recommend the location as well and the breakfast was good. But one of the receptionist was rude , I said hi , good morning and give her a big smile but she just literally ignore , rolled her eyes didn’t say anything .She ruin my sister in law first day in Prague .
