"La habitación limpia pero no pasan un mapo al piso y la programación del t.v solo 3 canales.yal lavamanos pasarle un pasito q sea..El stand de recepción amables y contesto.El personal de mantenimiento sentado sin hacerlo nada. Tuve llamar uno del mantenimiento q limpiara la piscina llevabas días sin limpiarla con hojas en la piscina y área sillas sin color y mesas alrededor sucias llenas d limón No limpian los áreas de la pisina.No saludan al guest con unas caras ni Buenos días y paseándose por áreas El hotel tiene que darle mantenimiento alas áreas verde secas frente al hotel sin iluminación en el parking ojos en el parking no hay nadie chequeando los vehículos oscuro el área del hotel. Sin pintar el hotel desagradable en paredes .Toallas viejas para piscina. Pintar el área descuida la piscina y área alrededor. Desayuno lo mismo siempre revoltillo frío avena agua'.pan frío jugos aguao.Servicio pésimo No hay variadad.El ascensor limpiarlos. El Casino bien. La supervisora de house keeping hay q senar modales y algunos d sus trabajadores. La área donde están los peces con limo verde y sucia. Y el puente cito de madera rotó sin pintar. "En terminos generales estuvimos muy contentos con el upgrade que nos hicieron a la habitación remodelada que definitivamente se ve mucho mejor comparado a la estética de la habitación de la última vez que visitamos Copa Marina. El servicio, especialmente por parte de la mesera Brianna, fue todo lo que buscas en un servicio de restaurante, fue muy amable, profesional y atenta con nosotros, y estamos muy agradecidos por eso. Si tuviésemos que destacar algo que no nos gustó fue que en el Restaurante Las Palmas, tuvimos una experiencia negativa ya que los changos pasaban volando de un lado a otro por encima de las mesas y los platos; incluso uno de ellos, mientras me encontraba comiendo hizo su necesidad sobre mi cabeza. Creo que la gerencia debería hacer algo al respecto porque más allá de lo que me ocurrió, habían heces fecales de los changos en los alrededores."
