"My husband & I booked a superior king room it was on the ground floor .It was clean & tidy .We arrived about 1.30 am and reception desk were very helpful .quick & easy.It was a late night flight from Sydney . 3nights were great Bathroom was very large .Bathroom amenities were good but there could have been a shower cap .Some hotels do supply one .otherwise everything else was excellent .nice brand . Facilities at the hotel were very nice Staff seemed efficient & helpful ."

"Our King Studio room was lovely. There was loads of room, double hotplate, microwave, toaster and kettle for cooking. There was a selection of saucepans to use. Could have done with a frying pan though. Very clean and nice quality bed linen, towels etc. Handy location for walking to entertainment areas. On site laundry very handy too. Staff were lovely and helpful with anything you need."

"It's clear that this is a new hotel that's recently been taken over by new management, and they're currently working on renovating. The place is a resort complex that badly needs refreshing. The townhouse lofts are nice, but due to construction, they are difficult to get to, particularly if you check in later in the day. I don't want to be too harsh; this place could really be something if the new management does the work."
