"Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. I absolutely loved the waffle toppings area! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful, especially when one member of our party experienced an allergy issue.
The only downside was when someone else in the building accidentally triggered the fire alarm. We had to walk down six flights of stairs because no one knew what was happening. While I understand emergencies happen, it was especially challenging with an almost completely blind family member, early in the morning (before coffee). Haha It would have been helpful if the staff with radios had been stationed in the hallways to direct guests and provide guidance on whether the evacuation was necessary or not, or just general information. However, I was still impressed with the staff's response time in general as I watched everything unfold.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely stay here again. :)"
