"Huge resort, can get lost easily. Suites are bright & roomy. Rooms that are not on ground floor can be difficult to get luggage upstairs (no elevator). Overall nice resort. "

"Really enjoyed the various pools, and the restaurant on site was very good. There was a slight problem with the drain when we first got there, but it was cleared up in minutes after advising the front desk. We appreciated that they had EV chargers. my one complaint is that they don’t service every day, and there are no hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom until the room is serviced. We loved that there were two king-size beds in the room. And even though our king-size beds were on the first floor (the only floor for the double king rooms) with the pool right outside our window, we couldn’t hear a thing except occasionally someone in the hallway. I would stay here every single time you’re visiting the area. Great find!"

"It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do, "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and washer and dryer in the unit were convenient. Pools were warm and clean. Hot tubs were great for relaxing after long days at the parks. Within a half hour of the airport and all major attractions. Located on 192 with plenty of dining and shopping options."

"Room was not very clean when we check in. Great location near Disney parks but the resort fee and parking fees are insane. "
