"Why only ice machine on 3rd floor? Put in the rooms a list of restaurants in the area. Also, stores and such that are near. The water pressure was horrible! The breakfast coukd be improved. Honestly though the room abd hotel were very clean. I have already recommended this hotel to others"

"Very rude and inconsiderate people. They say they're charging you a pet deposit and a pet fee but then they tell you that there is no refund. The lady in front of me paid a full week in advance and they could not give her any money back when she tried to leaveout lost $500! I called to get a refund on my deposit and the lady hung up on me twice without even pulling up my account number. How rude can you be to the US service members that protect our country. this is the only time I have ever reviewed a hotel in 10 years that I have been using them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing worked in my hotel room when I checked in the smoke alarm was chirping. The refrigerator did not get cold at all. The smell of cannabis is everywhere around the establishment. I can go on and on but if you choose to stay after reading this review you will see. Additionally there are two charges on your receipt. Why are there two charges if neither one is refundable when one clearly says pet deposit. Do not believe a word these people tell you."

"I arrived just after 4:00 AM, but they wouldn't let me check in. They even charged me, claiming I had arrived past the designated check-in time. I paid the fee and checked out at 11:00 AM. This was the worst experience I've had in over a decade—I had to wait more than twenty minutes at the front desk."

"My room was clean and very well appointed. The temperature was set to a nice setting when I first checked in so I only made slight changes. The check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful/informative. I was surprised that breakfast had a charge but it's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel so it's probably the norm now."

"The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful for the understanding of the hotel manager as to why I needed to switch rooms. The rooms are a nice size for a family of 4, and the location is on the outskirts of the city, so it was nice and quiet after a long day's drive. We did not partake in the breakfast offered by the restaurant onsite, but it's menu showed a good offering of items from cold and hot breakfast options. We would happily stay here again on our roadtrips to and from the beach. "
