"I love Comfort Suites and this one didn’t disappoint. Because it is near the airport, the area around it isn’t the best so it’s not exactly a “vacationer’s” hotel but it was perfect for a short stay for us before we went on a cruise. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is excellent — so friendly and helpful. I needed to print bag tags for our cruise and Mariana at the front desk was so helpful. Also we missed their hourly airport shuttle and Ingrid was kind enough to call us an Uber. The only thing that would have been nice is that the hot breakfast items were the same two days in a row (and the egg patties were hard and rubbery)… most places that offer hot breakfasts have different hot items each day. Other than that, which was very minor, we had a great stay here. "

"This hotel room was meh. I stayed here when I was in Orlando recently for a concert for 2 nights . The good things were it was clean, the a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave in the room but there was a mini fridge which I had to move to another outlet for it to work. The tv did not work so they took the batteries out of the remote. I got there around 3;30pm and the lobby door was locked. It took a few minutes for someone to see me and 2 other women waiting for someone to emerge from a back room area. The staff I interacted with were friendly. "
