"Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

"The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. What we didn’t like was the food. It was terrible and we couldn’t chew it. Even the bread was stale or old. It was turkey sausage and eggs were rubbery. We had to go out for breakfast. Also the pool was closed due to chemical imbalance. The water was so cloudy so we couldn’t swim. We ended up leaving early to go home."

"Pictures are very outdated, unexpectedly had to pay fees for early check in after calling the day before to verify. Not enough parking, cleaning staff will open your door even with the dead bolt locked (we were sleeping). Beds were rock hard, tv only had 4 or 5 channels. We will definitely not be staying at this place again. "

"I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean when I went out and was gone all day and for the cleaning person to lie and say I put the disturbing sign on the door was horrible and a lie the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the curtains had holes in them walls had been scratched up it was a mess and my daughter who is disabled didn’t even have a clean towel to use or enough towel for the both of use one towel one rag it was the worst ever and I would like a full refund"

"This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying."

"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "We were tired traveling so sleep was the only goal with a shower. Floors were very dirty walked from shower to bed and wiped my feet on a white towel which came up muddy dirty. Shower pressure was fantastic for my long hair. Wasn't looking for the Ritz but was better than motel sketchy."

"Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for."
