It's a perfectly fine place fir a one night stay usually!. This time if you can believe it, they had no hot water. Worse than that the old lady on duty was unable to explain when it might be fixed.

Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna
Had to change rooms due to smell. Got new room and pullled out pull out couch and bedding was dirty. Walls had hand marks on them for example some smeared hand marks down them. Overall cleaniness was really poor.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again.

Older motel style…updated in room with a flat tv, beds are ok…..the main thing is the room was clean.
