"As a housekeeper myself, this place was dirty. I had to clean my own room. It was rose petals in my room under the room in the couch bed. Sauce on the wall. Hallways dirty, rails in the elevator came off when my mom held it. Dog poop in the hallway. It was terrible. The staff was good tho. I told them to hire me and I’ll show them how to detail clean and more."

"Our room was clean and roomy with 2 double beds on the 6th floor. The pool and hot tub were clean and area was clean. The kids loved it! After a day of travel the complimentary dinner was certainly convenient and had several options. The complimentary breakfast also had great options! The valet parking was one fee for our whole stay! This hotel was conveniently located in downtown Cleveland and made it easy to travel to local attractions!"

"We were there for a dance convention on a cold winter weekend. It was so nice to be able to have so many food choices within the hotel or at the attached mall. The hotel had many spots to be able to find a place to relax or meet up with people. "
