"The room seemed clean, there was just a an odd smoky smell that permeated the room...or.maybe pet odor? It appeared people could bring pets which is a negative for us due to my allergies. I should have called to ask. Otherwise the gal at the front desk was courteous and efficient. I thought the bed was relatively comfortable."

"There was no restaurant for dinner. There was no lobby coffee on the weekend. The shower leaked, and was not repaired on the weekend. The motel did not appear to be a successful business since all the salons were unused. I only needed 4 nights of sleep, and it was fine for that."

"Room needed an upgrade. All 3 lamp shades were damaged, toilet ran all night, tub dripped all the time. TV did not work and front desk worker said she did not know how to fix and we had to wait til 11pm for help. Asked for another room and she said she could not do that for us. Dresser handle broke and air conditioner frame broke. Front desk no where to help check out. Heard all other guests, walls very thin. I do have photos"

"Second time we’ve stayed there. Very convenient to the northwest suburbs tucked into a quiet corner with easy accessibility to the front door and lobby."

"This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."

"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"There were teenage girls running and screaming up and down the hallway and their parents were partying so loud it made our much needed sleep impossible. "

"Overall a decent stay, but amenities fell short of expectations The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, which was a highlight of the stay. However, a few areas left much to be desired given the price point. The breakfast offering was noticeably limited — just breads, yogurt, and waffles, with no juice or beverages available. For a hotel at this price range, a more complete breakfast spread would be expected. Additionally, the swimming pool was out of service during our stay,...

"Many parts of the hotel were not well air conditioned; very warm and humid. You can tell the property is old; carpets seem worn and dingy. Several families were staying that let their kids run and scream down the hallways frequently and would leave their doors open while blasting music. I was approached my three different, very young kids who all asked me for money. The hotel seems to be in a nice area of town but these interactions were unsettling to say the least.
