"I stayed for 2 nights because I was in town for the BTS concert, and overall, everything was perfect. The place was very clean, welcoming, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was with the check-in process.
I did check in about 2 hours early, and I was told there would be a $25 early check-in fee, which I was completely okay with. However, when I went to pay, my original total was $301.82( including the tax) and all of a sudden it increased to $401.81, which is almost $100 more. I was very confused because I was specifically told the early check-in would only be a $25 upcharge.
I really did love staying here, and everything else was great, but being charged an unexpected extra $100 was honestly pretty frustrating and felt excessive, especially when I was told the fee would only be $25. I would definitely stay here again, but I would just hope the pricing and additional fees are communicated more clearly beforehand."
