"I booked Eagle Rock Bed and Breakfast in Chemainus through Expedia while planning a trip that included Salt Spring Island. Shortly after booking, I realized the property was not located on Salt Spring Island and immediately attempted to cancel the reservation. Despite trying to cancel promptly, I was still charged. What makes this significantly worse is that I have repeatedly tried contacting the property using the phone number provided. No one answers. I have left multiple voicemails...

"I can see the vision and the property itself is super cute with nice gardens and decor. The toiletries are of high quality and very nice but the basics could do with improvements. We had the garden room for 4 nights. We checked in late and were sent very clear instructions which was appreciated. Once in the room there was no overhead light but there was a light switch so we fumbled around in the dark looking for it. There were two bedside lamps but only one worked. "We really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at the Quarrystone Bed and Breakfast on Salt Spring Island. The breakfasts were amazing and would cost a lot at a restaurant !! They encouraged you to take muffins and pastries away to have later in the day. This allowed us skip lunch. The staff were wonderful ! The farm setting was lovely and we had an ocean view through the trees from our bottom floor unit. It was helpful to have a fridge in the room too! Room was very clean. The air conditioner...

"This is a wonderful B&B located about 15 minutes from Ganges. It is high over the water, so it offers an outstanding view of the island, the sound, and the sunrise. Irina, our owner and host, was a delight to meet. Our room was large and comfortable, with a huge deck to sit out and enjoy the views and the fresh air. A beautiful garden was an unexpected plus."
