"When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect.
The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious."

"Lovely surroundings leading into the hotel, pretty okay parking (no valet, $35 a night for self park in the structure with parking pass required, a short walk, clean and plentiful though), check-in was GREAT thanks to Luke who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and shared the right information about the property and was enthusiastically ready for questions. "It was pretty decent. I was expecting a shorter walk to the toy story parking lot. But the gate closet to the hotel was closed our entire trip so we had to walk the extra couple blocks to disneyland. Not the hotels fault for that one. Just something to keep in mind. All was good enough for the price. The elevator broke while we were on it and the windows had bullet holes in them. At least we know it was bullet proof glass 😂"
