The workers were nice i was just a bit upset i didn’t have the option of what room i wanted while selecting it online. I feel like some of the rooms are renovated and others were not. That was the only thing i was disappointed in was not having the choice to pick a “ better upgraded looking room “

Disgusting!!!!
Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Some sort of red (blood) substance on door, something splattered on walls and stains on sheets. We did not even stay there. They would not give us our money back, so we just ate it and went and stayed someplace else......a much nicer place.

I stayed here with my 12 yr old son for a lacrosse tournament. While the room was no smoking, people sat outside their rooms in shared space a freely smoked cigarettes. The window did not close fully or lock on the ground level. The sheets did not appear clean and when we went to the office for assistance, there was a sign hung that they were helping other customers and the number to call to get a hold of someone was folded up and couldn’t be read. We left something in the room when we checked out the last morning of the tournament and went back to see if they still had it as soon as we were able to and were told that they didn’t have anyone turn anything in, even though they room had already been cleaned and that we should have come back sooner to check. I would not return to this hotel unless there was a major renovation. The location was close to the village, but we were not comfortable there. I’m not sure where the dock that is pictured on the website was or if we had access to it from the hotel.

Très décevant. Prix trop élevé
Nous avions 2 chambres. Moisissures au plafond de l’une des salles de bain. Gicleur de la douche absent dans l’une et dans l’autre chambre le gicleur est défectueux et projette de l’eau dans toutes les directions . Climatiseurs extrêmement bruyants. Matelas inconfortables. La porte du réfrigérateur difficile à ouvrir, car elle frotte sur le tapis. Prix vraiment abusif.

Last minute 15 hour stay
Was a last minute stay because our car broke own. Room was fine. Hair dryer on wall was broken. The one in the drawer was a wall dryer so very awkward to use while not attached to the wall. Beds old and uncomfortable. Room was basically clean. The pool was refreshing and lovely . Best part of hotel. But it was a very convenient spot.

Not worth the price we paid
I felt the nightly price was higher than the quality of the room. It needs updating and care. Our bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, so the roll had to stay on the toilet tank or sink. The light fixture above the sink had three lights, two of which the bulbs were burnt out. The shower stall needs replacing or super cleaning. This was a last minute reservation as plans changed; but this hotel would not be my choice in the future.

This place is filthy and disgusting, from the wallpaper to the rugs. The Health Department should definitely intervene!

disappointment! Outdated!
Long weekend trip. The motel is out dated. Wreaks of smoke, and of mold. The beds are uncomfortable, better off sleeping on the floor but I was Too disgusted otherwise I would of. If there were vacancies at other places, I would Of left. The towels on bathroom were so harsh, like cleaning yourself to an SOS pad... complete disappointment!

WORST MOTEL IN LAKE GEORGE
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... ROOM WAS FILTHY... When I spoke to the manager told her my concerns and she honestly didn't seem to care stayed there 2 nights second day I was out all day came back to a pile of dingy towels no beds made no garbage thrown out nothing... DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE FILTH.

Staff was accommodating. Room was clean. Due to covid, continental breakfast wasn’t available but an awesome restaurant is across the street and food was amazing. Walking distance to everything.

You get what you pay for
you get what you pay for. The motel is in a great location had a pool although it was not heated, and staff was nice. From the outside it looks very nice but the rooms itself were ok at best at least it had a flat screen TV. For under a $100 when everyone else was charging nearly double you cant get too picky you get what you pay for specially if you are booking last min.
