"Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. Des rénovations sont nécessaires. Le déjeuner est décevant. Il n’y a pratiquement rien, même pas du pain pour faire des toasts."

"While the staff was very amiable the bed bugs weren’t. The bug were bold enough for me to able to find them on my body and clothes when the lights were turned on and when I pulled back the sheets I discovered the distinctive markings of their past exploits, blood splattered throughout."

"We stayed at the comfort inn on our way to NYC for Easter weekend. We arrived very late but the staff was kind and helpful. We appreciated that there was free charging stations in the parking lot. We also appreciated the continental breakfast. The room was big. The only problem, if there was one, were the cheap pillows but it’s not a big problem and our one night stay was much appreciated."

"The bathtub in the bathroom was clogged with hair and was not draining properly. Upon notification to the front desk, I was provided with a plunger to address the issue personally. This experience was not what I anticipated from a hotel stay. The pool was satisfactory, the breakfast was adequate, and the linens had noticeable black marks, resembling pen ink. Regrettably, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
