"We love that it was pet friendly, but you could definitely tell that the area that was pet friendly was not as nice as the rest of the hotel. The front and foyer of the hotel and the lobby is really pretty! They will bring your breakfast to your room in the morning."
"It fulfilled the basic needs. Mostly used by blue collar workers brought into the area on a temporary basis. The pool looked fine, but I didn’t use it. Lots of odor of marijuana on and around the property. "
"The check in process was a bit unusual through a machine in the corner of the office much like an ATM with a big screen and a middle eastern guy who explained everything through a speaker. He gave me no grief about my two service dogs which was surprising, but ethical. Most at least wonder why I have two. You could not hear him if other noise was in the room, which for me it was an associate who said she takes care of the apartments and is on call for hotel needs. I asked about the electric check in system and she explained it’s the owners way of running his hotels. She said if we need anything we go to that system and talk to them.
The room itself appeared clean, the bed was quite comfortable and you had four flat pillows, but I brought my own pillow, so I don’t know how those really were. The floors were wiped clean, but still turn your feet black.
The linens and bathroom towels were all great quality. The mini soap bars provided were not very good and just crumbled into several pieces, but I also had my own. The furniture in the room was wonky, outdated and tired looking. Cigarette burns in the room and bathroom indicated the number years the furnishings have remained.
There was excessive road noise coming in from the windows and a/c even in the closed position. They make nice sound dampening windows these days that would make all the difference. No amenities to speak of. The exterior was clean but still dirty and gross. "
"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bad, I didn’t even stay in the room. I had to leave. It’s in a terrible part of town, there were people doing drugs on the balcony in adjacent rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot and the area asking for money. There were cars parked in the parking with people actively using heroin.
The room itself was disgusting and filthy. Sheets that clearly had not been cleaned from the last guests. Garbage in the bathroom and room. The floors were sticky and dirty. It smelled like marijuana and stale cigarettes.
Customer service was no help at all. I asked them to refund me the remainder of my stay so I could find another hotel and they denied my request so I lost my money. Expedia was no help either. They offered me an insulting $25 in one key cash.
This is the 3rd time this year that Expedia has refused to help or assist me with my stay. I’m thinking of never booking through them again. "
"
Room was very nice. TV ROKU was terrible and kept trying to find a signal while watching. No clean towels and no one to request any. Finally, last morning no hot water at faucet or shower. Will not go back."
