Place is a mess. Only upgrade was floor. Blinds falling, drawer bottom missing. Coffee cup had a beer cap in it. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Staff was very nice.

Everything was dated the carpets were old, the rooms were ok. Clean sheets and towels. No maid service while staying multiple days. The vending machines worked sometimes. They had coffee downstairs but ran out most every morning. A good place to stay on a budget and the staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing unfortunately it’s obvious the property owner has no intentions or love for the property. The exterior is surrounded by trash and overgrown bushes. When we arrive to our room, our door was wide open. Air conditioner was not on. There were still trash next to the bed and under the beds. The ceiling is covered in spiderwebs and thousands and thousands of dead bugs. I have pictures with documentation the floor appeared to have old vomit stains on it. The phone that’s in the room was not even plugged in was unable to use even if I needed to the balcony has a beautiful view unfortunately, our balcony still had empty beer boxes on it from the previous guest. When I spoke with the front desk in regards to a possible refund, they told me I could not unfortunately we do not stay in the room. We lost out on the hundred dollars and stayed at our friends place because I was afraid of what live lives in the room.

There was blood on the carpet in outr friends room, and ours had cib webs on the curtains. The tile in the bathrooms was gross, and the halls stunk. The staff was friendly, but a bit questionable, and the people hanging around the building were a little suspicious. The hot tub had a bunch of loose boards covering it, and the elevator was sketch. It was one of the cheapest prices we found, so i guess it should have been expected, but the reviews online said another story.. it wasnt the worst place i have ever been, but we wont be back.

I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. My stay at Studio 6 Suites Lake Havasu City was a nightmare that has resulted in multiple health issues. The room was infested with bugs and visible black mold. Since staying here, I have developed a severe stomach illness, symptoms of whooping cough, and now pink eye. I am heading straight to the emergency room upon my return to Canada because of the conditions in this room. This property is a biohazard and should be removed from all travel sites immediately. Expedia’s attempt to settle this with a small amount of "OneKeyCash" is insulting given that I am now physically ill because of their listed property. Your health is worth more than the price of a room here.

The place was dirty, and smelled really bad, the front desk staff was really friendly and I am sad for them that they work in such a dirty environment. There were bugs everywhere and when you walked through the hall the movement and vibration of your steps caused the bugs to bounce off the carpet. You get what you pay for though.

Sadly the property has seen better days. The carpet in the hallways is literally torn apart. The carpet in our room was stained everywhere, the faucet in our restroom was so corroded it broke off. Thankfully our bedsheets were clean and the restroom was clean but that’s about the only positive feedback I have. The receptionist who helped us checkout was friendly but the night receptionist was awful. I would not recommend this hotel

I have stayed here before and it was on the decline. It has gotten worse and here is the list of things that were worse- The window blinds were almost all broken or chipped- the floors were not mopped or cleaned properly- the walls looked aged and needed fresh paint- the bathroom shower had holes in the walls-, the overall AC unit was falling apart- The walls next door were so thin you could hear the neighbors snore or talk- There is no privacy blinds just broken ones- The hallways were disgustingly dirty- It was just not a clean place.

I know the phrase” you get what you pay for” but knowing it was an older hotel I figured long as it’s clean… what a pig sty. This property does not deserve one star. There was urine all over the base of the toilet, spilled nasty dirty sticky stuff by nightstand, and dirt on the vanity along the edge. Floors were dirty. If it had not been paid on Expedia, I would have turned right around and left. Never have stayed in such a filthy hotel room. I just could not afford to walk away from the Expedia payment, as refunds are not heard of. The hallway carpeting is stains and nasty, dirty by each doorway, never been shampooed. Yard is a disgrace, the dog poop and weeds almost knee high. One long time resident said he has been taking care of the pool. Our complaints went unanswered, even from corporate. Pool guy said owners do not care what you think. Disgusting.

Booked the room for two nights. The sink would'nt drain, the tv had no remote and had to be turned on and off at the tv. The window came off its frame at the top and no maintenance people were around. I was moved to another room where the vertical blinds were torn and half of them was missing. I couldn't deal with it so i just left the facilities and found another hotel.

Property was poorly staffed & desperately needs maintenance or complete rehab. Requested/scheduled room to be cleaned for 3rd day into our trip - came back late that night - it hadn't been done. Another worker stated they didn't even have cleaning people that day. Asked for more towels- was offered 2 & said they were out and I could use pool towels... Keys deactivated after 2nd day - went back to counter for new key - randomly put it in a door on the way back to our room -surprisingly it opened a completely different room so we quickly closed the door but it also worked in our room -Horrifying - Sink faucet leaked so bad it was running behind counter and dripping onto floor. No hot water first night - sporadic remainder of trip. Tub spout looked as if it was going to fall off. Room never got cleaned. Very poor condition.

Clean room, friendly staff. We decided to stay two extra nights. Not usually impressed with Motel 6, but they changed my mind.

The room had no hot water, was dirty and very worn. This is less than a 1.
