There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. "To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below. We were on level 9 and the music was ridiculously loud, I don’t recommend families stay or do proper research before booking on a weekend. Also, we booked as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) with “breakfast included” only to be told that it covered 1 adult and had to pay an...
