Very clean facility and rooms. Very well stocked efficiency apartment (dishes, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, stove top, pots & pans. Room was quiet, beds and pillows comfortable. Very big selection at brealfast, and a nice outdoor fireplace to wind down at night.

Nice property and staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, large and spacious. Overall very nice hotel. Free breakfast but you definitely get what you pay for as it’s precooked, yogurt and granola is full of sugar, eggs are from some sort of mix, juice was mixed with smelly unfiltered water, etc. I would suggest giving guest the option to pay for breakfast to get fresher organic, healthier choices.

Loved staying here. The hotel was very nice as was the staff. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

I don't have enough words to describe the amazing service, cleanliness and well-kept facilities at the Staybridge Hotel. Stephanie and another young getleman at the front desk were amazing, always attentive and respectful. The breakfast was delicious! This hotel is a keeper! I I could rate it six stars I would, no doubt about it!

Fantastic suites, safe and quiet!
I wish we had a need to stay longer! This is a very clean and quiet hotel with all the comforts of home! Will absolutely stay again when in the area and honestly considering looking into other Staybridge properties for future stays- hopefully they’re all this nice!

Liked the full sized refrigerator. Wished there was a hand held showerhead. The mattress was too firm for us, so we bought a 3" mattress topper with a plush mattress protector. We reported the Business Center printer was printing very faint, but this issue wasn't addressed. Felt very secure there & the parking lot was very well lit. We stopped eating the free breakfast because we felt ill. Started eating breakfast elsewhere & that problem cleared up. The staff was superb!

Great stay
Fantastic stay at this great hotel. All the staff were fantastic. All couteous polite and so helpful. The room was very clean bed and pillow's very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet at night so no disturbance during the night. Huge TV in the room with multiple channels. Breakfast very good and freshly made. Staff constantly monitoring to make sure there was adequate amounts for guests. The evening snack events were really great with a choice of beverages including alcohol. Pool area really clean and 2 brilliant BBQs which were very clean. If in the area would only stay at this hotel.

Poor management
Hotel staff was very inconsiderate. We booked a week stay initially for a family of family. Upon entering our room on the third floor on two separate occasions, noise complaints were called in from the downstairs occupant. We were in the room less than 5 minutes each time and yet the hotel staff kept trying to move us. Very annoying when it was hours before their stated quiet hours. Then when I asked to cancel our stay and we would relocate to another hotel, the manager on duty could do nothing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone that cannot handle any noise through paper thin walls or expects any type of courtesy from staff. And we would never stay there again.

Our room was nice and quiet. We didn't hear the slamming doors or blaring televisions of other guests. The best part, though, was the staff. At check-in, Stephanie was so welcoming and chatted with us every time we passed by the front door. Sherri, the breakfast chef, provided a great breakfast, especially her homemade jalapeno cornbread and her vegetarian kolaches. Delicious! (And I'm not even vegetarian) Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely return next year.

The pool had a backswimmer bug infestation and we got bit upon entering the pool. When I told the front desk attendant, he didn't belive me. Also, the rooms are small and not worth the extra price you pay.

Excellent Hotel
Booked through Hotels.com. Was in area to celebrate my deceased son's birthday and really didn't know who all was coming. They helped us change the first nights room to accommodate more people and helped us change the names on the 3 reservations for the 2nd night. Excellent customer service. The staff was very professional and helpful . The recreational area was well taken care of. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again and recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good (not common these days). WiFi very good.
