"Air conditioning was fine with no unpleasant odor. We did not take advantage of the pool."

"Everything we needed was great! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful! Did have a problem with MAPS in location but not the fault of the hotel. It took us off 35 and onto a gravel road and returned us to 35 to get us there! The gravel road scenery was beautiful though! Good belly laugh after a long day of travel! Would stay there again if needed!"

"A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities."

"Guy at the front desk very happy and helpful. Super nice. The hallway carpet needs replacement but honestly my room was very clean and im satisfied with my one night stay. Everything worked like it should in my room! Same guy was at the front desk when I left the next morning he wished me a good day and off I went. Will return if in Gainesville again."

"We checked in at 7:30pm and checking out at 5am. Our room was covered in ants. Ants were all over the bathroom floor, tables, in our clothes, bags, and in the beds. I took pictures to show the staff. Place looks nice, but will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone!"

"Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area.."

"Parking was easy, but nothing worked. Pool was closed, no arcade. I Had to put up $50.00 breakage down payment. The commode overflowed , so they moved us to another room, TV had no signal, was going to call front desk and the phone did not work. Will I stay here again????NO, NO, NEVER"
