"Notification that you had to put a deposit down even though the room was paid in full should have been provided. Deposit being more than the room itself was kinda outrageous. Breakfast could have been better. Cups needed to be placed near the juice machine. Serving utensils should have been placed near the food."

"The hotel was advertised on hotels.com that pets stay for 25$ per night per visit per dog. After driving 12 hrs from Chattanooga, we were asked to fill out a form at the front desk for the dog. We stayed, and the next day we get a bill for 50$ (+ tax!) instead of the 25$ advertised. I called to discuss this charge and after a few minutes on the phone with the front desk, they decided to hang up on me. I called the hotel mgr and left a message to call me to discuss- still waiting for that call back. I am a holiday inn frequent traveler so will leave a review there as well. Know that you will be charged 50$ per animal not 25$!!!"

"This hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The whole parking lot and lobby is full of construction equipment and workers. They should not be still having guests stay here until the renovation is done. There were safety hazards everywhere, drywall dust on everything- the place was just an active construction zone. Unbelievable that they are still open. The room had been newly (cheaply and poorly) updated, so at least it was relatively clean compared with the rest of the hotel."

"Disappointed with our stay and won't be booking there in the future. The front desk staff were great, polite, and knowledgeable. That's about the only positive thing I can say. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was the bed dipping in the center. So we looked underneath and saw that both center supports of the frame were broken and another part of the frame was missing screws and was held together by duct tape. And it also looked like it had been quite a while since it had been vacuumed. Other things in the room were also lacking. The chair had a lot is snags and loose threads everywhere, there were smudges on surfaces to the point you could tell they hadn't been properly cleaned, the room also had a very stale smell. After these discoveries we took pictures and went back to the front desk to request another room, which they accommodated. The new room was somewhat of an improvement. The same lack of surface cleaning was evident. The ice bucket had sitting water on the tray beneath it. And the room fridge looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and smelled as well. Lastly, the breakfast was less than stellar. Watery scrambled eggs, tator tots, stale bread for toasting, overcooked rubbery sausage links, and dry muffins. Certainly not something to be proud of or boast about. "

"The room is beautiful and if you just come to gamble it is a great place. The downside is the restaurants open at 5pm and close at 10 pm. They missed an opportunity with 1500 people leaving the concert venue in the facility with NOTHING open to eat or grab a drink. We just did not expect this. OK so there was a Vietnamese restaurant open until midnight but did not meet our needs. "
