"They called the morning of our stay and offered a free upgrade to a king suite. We declined bc there were 3 of us and we booked 2 queen beds. When we checked in they gave us a king suite/handicap room. When we asked they said “we overbooked. This is all we have” The room was also facing the highway/main road. It was very load all hrs of the day and night."

"I think some people would say this hotel was too vintage for them, but for my dog and I it was perfect! I did not get to use the pool, but, it just wasn’t in our plans. This hotel was affordable, comfortable and very convenient. It was only about an eight minute ride if that, to Lake George and the dog friendly rooms had easy access to an outside path that allowed us for a little evening stroll. We had access to a kitchen, which made it a budget, friendly hotel, and we can see ourselves...

"This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it here. We love how small and homey the hotel feels, we also love that it's a 5 minute walking distance to town. It's great to be so close but without all the crazy and chaotic crowds. We also love the fact that the pool is in a little green house so that we can still go swimming even during storms or extreme heat. This is the place that we stay every single time because it's perfect for our family."

"They are a pet friendly hotel, which is fine… But we had two yappy dogs…. One in the room across the hall and one of the room next to us. Anytime either would start barking they would both start barking. Additionally, there is no trash pick up in our room for two days. Finally the breakfast was very crowded, both days only one person working there. They were overwhelmed. The trash barrels were over full, and the food was not restocked. Not the fault of the person working, just the fact that they...

"Great hotel in the heart of the town of Lake George. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment for families and couples. Beautiful view from the roof is a huge win. We saw families bringing take-away food up to the roof to enjoy the view, seating options, and calm vibes. Hotel room was generously-sized, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!"

"I expected a separate room since it was a suite, but it was very large and worked well. We had a small dog and we were close to the stairs which worked out great."

"The property is conveniently located in the heart of Lake George Village, making it easy to walk into town and by the lake. The docks on the lake offer beautiful views and the pool area was well maintained. My only complaint is that our room had a large number of flies that never seemed to stop appearing. Otherwise the property is clean and well maintained with a courteous and friendly staff."
