Morning staff was lovely, and that’s the only nice thing I have to say…Roaches in one room and disgusting, sticky carpet in the other room (we had 2 rooms). I had to wear shoes the whole time because my feet literally stuck to the floor. Seriously, checked each bed for bugs just in case! If it had not been that we needed desperately to crash for about 7 hours I would have turned around and found another place. All hotels were booked in the area, this was the only one left in a 15 mile radius…now I know why.

This place is NOTHING like Expedia advertised. I don't know why I got insurance on my stay if I could not be accommodated properly when I reported the hotel was a disaster and I flew in from another state. The first room they gave me was nothing short of disgusting. It reeked of homeless shelter. The carpet had an unbearable smell. I sat for 5 minutes before I went back to the front desk to let them know there was no way I could stay there for even one night. They were apologetic and quick to respond which is why I gave the staff 3 stars however the next room assigned was not much better accept it didn’t have that bad smell and was cleaner so I was able to bear it for the night since Expedia had absolutely no options for me whatsoever! I was able to rest for the night but cut my reservation short and checked out the next morning, again with no options from Expedia. There were no amenities I wasn’t even trying to stick around for the so called continental breakfast. Seriously Expedia, do better! It’s always some shizz when I book with yall.

This was an experience oit of a horror movie. When we appriached there were two dusappayed men out frint. One laying on the cement and the other leaning against the entrance pillar smoking . We wamked inti a lobby so dark and disgustingly decrepit, we fully expected Jack Nicolson to pop out yelling "Redrum: There was a couple complaining to the front desk that their room was disgusting . They were sent to another option. The desk attdndant chevked us in and told us breakfast would be served at 6 AM.we asked where abd she pointed to a small desk across from reception. The decor of the hotel was blood red/burgandy, dark green and ancient worn brown carpet. There seemed to be only emergency lighting in the halls Thankfully our room was the very last at thd end of 2 halls. It didn't have bugs that we could see,but that was about the nicest thing we can say about it.

Staff were very helpful, the building is dated and showing it's age. There is No coffee makers in the room, luckily my wife brought her hair dryer, otherwise I'd be making an early morning visit to CVS. No ice makers anywhere on property. Breakfast was a brown bag, of what I don't know

Did have a decent night rest, staff were nice during check-in/check-out. Improvement areas: Amenities should be in better condition than they were. Not rusted around the fridge area n cleaned out better before guest put food into them. Lamps shades need to be upgrade as well and should not have spots/dust in them.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, I quickly realized that the hotel did not meet the standards described in its listing. The description advertised a pool and breakfast; however, there was no pool available and no real breakfast options. When I entered the room, I found what appeared to be blood in the toilet that would not flush. The towels also had noticeable yellow and red stains, and there was a cockroach in the room. These conditions were unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Additionally, I did not feel safe or comfortable in the lobby area, as several individuals were sitting there barefoot. Because I was traveling with children, I made the decision to check out immediately and find alternative accommodations. I clearly informed the front desk attendant that I was checking out and handed over both room keys. However, the following morning I was told that I had not been properly checked out. As a result, the manager approved only a partial refund. I found this response disappointing, especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful in resolving the matter. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

First off the room was really run down and even could feel the weak spots in the floor. The bed was not.comfortable and I had the room next to the stairs. The door to the stairs slammed when it was shutting each time. I heard this all night long. My room had a kitchen. I didnt use this as I was justvl there to sleep and catch an early flight. The sink kept girgling really loud about every hour. I would not stay here again!
