"The location was older and not well-kept (stains on sheets, dust bunnies in the corners and old/stained furniture). Contact stated that they are/were in the process of remodeling and had new cleaners. We checked out before contact could remediate."

Check-in instructions were very last minute and they required photographic proof of who we were. Though we booked via Expedia, the information was provided by Evolve. We had previous problems with Evolve on exactly the matters above. Location is great and the development is good."
