"The front desk staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. I was there from Fri 6/26-6/29 (2 different reservations).
Everything was wonderful...the breakfast, safe parking & exercise room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and that was one of the reasons your hotel was chosen for my daughter's wedding hotels."

"Loved the daily afternoon tea and cookies. Who has dried orange and lemon slices, dried rose petals and jasmine buds to put in their tea?! The breakfasts were fantastic. Note-- the kitchenette has no silverware or dishes. The fridge is large, only benefit."

"Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her."
