"I always stay at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites when I have to come to the area for work. I feel safe there; the property is clean; staff are helpful and friendly. I love that it is pet-friendly, too, as I usually bring my lab with me on these trips. The hotel is located close to eateries, shopping, a movie theater ... Can't beat it. "This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. The 1st 2 times were pretty good. Rooms were nice, bunk bed suites both times. Beds were good. Room was clean. Staff was awesome. No issues other than the pool was out of service both times and these big funky bugs outside, maybe some kind of roaches? when I would take the dog potty. "Rooms are spacious, and the price was low. The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back."

"The room floor was dirty. The AC was not working and the button was broken. We asked the front desk but the receptionist said I am not responsible for this and we managed to get a fan for the night which was terribly hot. Overall the experience was the worst for the money we paid on the website."
