The staff—from check-in to housekeeping to the breakfast team—are always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. You’re greeted with a smile, and they genuinely make sure you have everything you need. The rooms have always been clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The mattresses feel newer and are very comfortable. I also appreciate the quality Dove soap and shampoo provided. It’s a small touch, but it helps save space when traveling. One of the standout perks is the fresh cookies available each evening from 5 to 7 p.m., a simple but enjoyable treat. Breakfast is another highlight, offering a wide variety of options from cereal and bagels to hot items like pancakes, eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. Everything is kept fresh, hot, and well-stocked, and the breakfast staff works hard to keep the area clean and organized. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone visiting the Lake Wales area, whether for a quick overnight stay or a longer visit."

"Our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and staff accommodating. I booked at the last minute and we were given a room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the 7th turn on the racetrack. My husband was so happy. There was no official race but there was action on the track. The rumble and thunder of cars racing was pretty awesome."
