"All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility."

"Our cabin was newly renovated very up to date and modern we were highly impressed. Water view. It was peaceful. Loved the bar restaurant seating area next to the pool. And the view from there as well was wonderful. The price point was great and the resort overall was older and quiet, which we loved. Had also considered margaritaville and we visited there to eat. "The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund.
