A great location with wonderful contactless service. Easy to get in our room with door code and lobby/kitchen/sitting room area is open 24hours. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, soft fluffy towels, hot water and good water pressure. We chose the larger room with 2 beds and kitchenette. Highly recommend.

We like the proximity to Saranac main Street mostly. Overall clean it was contemporary. We liked the tape in the room. But we couldn’t get all the TV channels you have to pay for Some. I do think they could have some shelving in the bathroom toiletries, hooks to hang things.

This is a contactless property, so there is no way to rate the staff. The pool was out of order, but they had a pool that could be used just down the road, not that we were interested. The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the it was all clean, without smelling of cleaning solutions. It was possible to open windows for fresh air, and the road was a quite one.

The independent check in and out was nice. If you have questions, you text or call the hotel line. Family suite was clean, modern and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. The lobby was stocked with anything else that was needed, more towels, coffee, silverware, plates, etc. What lacked was extra blankets, the remote did not work and (there were no extra batteries) there was no map to show us where the pool was. The pool chairs have been updated, but no umbrellas and the pool itself is just OK. It’s a good location to the center of town if you don’t mind a little walk. We booked well in advance so the price wasn’t bad for a two bedroom, 3 beds.
