Staff was wonderful and we were very pleased with a free upgrade to a suite. Lovely space. We walked to all our dining choices and found great places to eat. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about the room was good but the checkout point left a bit to be desired. When I checked in on May 8th I was told by that person that there would be someone to check out the room on May 9th in order to get my $150.00 deposit back. Well when I got to 10:00 p.m. Pacific time and ready to check out the front desk clerk was hesitant to check out my room. He said that housekeeping does that in the a.m. I said (conveying frustration) that I needed to check out so I could get on a Amtrak...
