"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."

"We arrived and were first given a room with a dirty bathroom and tub. We requested another room and were moved, but the second room was not much better. The tub in the new room would not drain, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it during our stay. Things got worse when the toilet clogged and the room phone did not work, so we had to use our cell phone to contact the front desk. "No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."

"The staff was rude. They got mad that I got 2 cups of coffee the first day. So the next day I brought a bigger cup and that was unacceptable as well. That was bad but even worse there was no hot water. Then I went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. So I called with my cell phone and they hung up on me. The place is not in a good spot either. The heavy duty gate to the parking lot was my clue."

"This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. "

"Normally, my stay has been pleasant in the past, but this time the room was not as clean due to the carpet needing cleaning. The room and linen was not as fresh as I would have like for it to have been. The entrance and lobby was presentable."

"We were visiting for Familee Day. We were 20 minutes from the venue. The room was spotless. You could tell the bathroom was regularly checked and maintained. The bed was comfortable. All of the amenities were fully stocked. Breakfast was top tier. Staff was friendly. Patio/pool was maintained well."
