"The reviews were strong and the price was great but this place needs a major update. Furniture is severely worn and bathroom needs a renovation. Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings."

"Springhill Suites by Marriott failed to meet our expectations, even during a brief stay. Despite claiming to only service rooms on the second night, they neglected to clean or pick up our room the second night. The shower was a major disappointment; the water pressure was nonexistent, resembling a gentle sprinkle. We had booked the room for four people—two adults and two girls. "The location was nice and near several stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and neat. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"I have stayed here before and the room was clean and I felt comfortable. Parking was great and I felt safe . There was A Bug this time however it was only 1 the room felt clean . When I was leaving the staff at front desk looked horrified when I shared . He said he would address it right away. Everything else was fine I recommend !!!!"

"Went to check in at 3.They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 4. They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 5 They said my room wasn't ready. I found a house keeper and she said my room has been ready for hours. Finally got my key around 5.30. Mind you I just drove 8 hrs to get there and just want to sleep. Very disappointed in there lack of communication 😕"

"Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!"

"Arrived there outside was dirty and very run down looking but we were tired from driving all day so thought well maybe the inside wouldn’t be so bad. I booked the hotel online and went in to check in and as soon as I walked up to the doors the stench of weed was incredibly overwhelming. I went inside to look around before actually checking in and decided this was not the place for us to stay. If your a smoker or someone travelling on there own who doesn’t care about that stuff I’m sure this...

"Clean room. Air-conditioning worked well. No shampoo offered. No tissues. Towels were just ok. Good for the price I paid. I would stay here again"
