"The hallways are just AWFUL. Rooms are clean but VERY worn. Staff were super snd the location was very convenient."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"Parking fee of $10 was unexpected, shower and bathroom doors dont lock they just slide closed. Have a big gap that you can see into the shower, no privacy. Sofa bed stained pretty bad. Was able to book for 2 adults and 5 children but only had enough sleeping space for 6 people not 7, had to go to Walmart and purchase a mattress. 😒. Breakfast was one of the worst ive experienced in a 3 star hotel. "

"The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times never had an issue but the last time I stayed there I had to change my room three times due to two of the rooms. The bolt lock did not work on them so I wasn’t able to lock the doors from the inside, other than having the normal card lock, but for safety reasons, I would prefer to have the bolt lock. As being a solo female traveler, I prefer to have a room to add the bolt lock workin. The other issue I had was the third room I received the AC did not work...

"Only thing i had an issue with was the room being too dark and there is no fan in the bathroom that we could find a switch for? Other than that, the check in was easy and breakfast was good. "

"I liked that they had someone making omelets. You choose how you would like it. Gina i believe her name was who hosted the breakfast was very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable. Would stay again."

"Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but...

"Staff & room were very nice. We did not visit the casino. “Breakfast” is delivered to your room by 6am - it had 2 juices, 2 oranges, 2 muffins & 2 granola bars. Ours was missing so we had to go to the front desk to grab one."

"Felt unsafe due to the other patrons, disgustingly dirty, not somewhere I would take my kids. Bed sheets were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. "
