"The staff were fine, no problem there. The room was very small, meh, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. I love cats, they should be allowed in hotels, but y'all gotta get some Nature's Miracle or something for when one of them pees in a room. The shower floor was very chipped up and nasty looking, the toilet seat scratched up. "What a gem this place is! We were upgraded to a nicer, bigger room unexpectedly upon arrival and then were walked right to our room and given lots of good suggestions about nearby spots to get food. The best part is that Beacon’s beach is just a few blocks away! "

"Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...

"Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only real issue was parking. Though, Chris was awesome to offer us his spot and thankfully we found a spot. Second amazing piece. I left my toiletries in the room and Chris looked into it and was able to get them shipped to me which was awesome. Def great stay! "
