"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. "There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge."

We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. "Phone did not work, stains on the sheets, tub very slippery. The breakfast “included” was the worst thing I have ever come across for a hotel breakfast. Stereos were not lit, hot food just tepid;juice machine in pieces and not working, basic bread for toast. No bagels,peanut butter,jelly. Tiny little muffins. All the same flavor. Will not stay here again. There is a best western right next to this days inn. "

"We had a great experience with Cottage 29 — I absolutely loved it! The rooms and kitchen were very clean, and the cottage had almost everything we needed. "My first time at the swift water and I was really impressed just approximately two hours away from New York City and it feels like you’re almost in another country very luxury very clean heated pools. Great customer service no hidden fees restaurant inside of the hotel is absolutely amazing including the food breakfast and dinner and the cocktails not watered down.
