Very affordable and conveniently located. The bathroom was not the cleanest but for how inexpensive the stay was, the prime location of the property, and how comfortable the room was, I can overlook a super clean bathroom. This was my second time staying at A&A and I'd stay there again.

Great customer service

Customer service was amazing. We asked to switch rooms, original room, just was not comfortable didn’t work out for our stay so after one night we have to switch paid the difference not a huge difference with satisfied with the cost and room change. Wish the beds were a little bit more comfortable.

I loved this property. Me and my son first time in South Lake Tahoe and they where we stayed at just made it much better. Eveything was walking distance. The snowtubing, breakfast , burger spots , tacos places , CVs is right across the street, I loved this place and can’t wait to go back next year I will stay here again .! Thank for much

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a few things that was not working like the fridge. No closet and the police were around all the time. Besides that, it was a decent place. I would definitely go there again

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the area inside the property was dirty, and the smell of weed was very strong. Some folks openly smoked weed outside of their rooms but within the management property without any hesitation that would bother others. Management should have a policy to control the weeds and smoke.

The shower was very dirty. There was mold on the curtains. The toilet had poop stains. The sink was also clogged and water would back up but go back down after a while. The beds were nice. There was a weird smell in the room The area is very nice but my main problem was the bathroom. For the price of 600 dollars, you would expect something nicer.

Mediocre

I had higher expectations for our stay but unimpressed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we ran to the store and came back. Room was absolutely freezing when we checked in. Room appeared clean, but sheets not fully tucked in like it was made in a hurry. We had a room with 3 beds. We couldn’t use the room with the third bed because the outlets didn’t work for my husband’s CPAP. The kids ended up double bunking and no one slept in the 3rd bed because the room was so cold. It’s a good thing with the yellow light coming in from the exterior lights. The beds and pillows were hard as a rock. Thankfully, it had hot water and good pressure.

Don't stay here

Location- close to shops, very easy to find. Pleasant welcome, ample parking Bed was hard as a rock Very awful smell. Dirty shower curtain Would not stay there again.
